ClinicMind, Inc. is seeking an experienced events and content manager to organize and promote our U.S. chiropractic conferences, webinars, and podcasts. You will oversee the calendar, logistics, and brand-building efforts to attract qualified leads.

You will run paid social campaigns, host webinars, and manage leads in our CRM with strict data hygiene. A quiet home studio and U.S. Eastern hours availability are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing B2B events or webinar programs.
• Fluent, near-native English and comfort as an on-air host.
• Experience marketing to U.S. audiences; healthcare a plus.
• Hands-on paid social advertising with measurable results.
• Podcast production experience (Riverside, Descript, or similar).
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.
• Quiet home studio and reliable internet/power.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the calendar and remote logistics for U.S. chiropractic conferences and trade shows.
• Plan, produce, and moderate a recurring webinar series.
• Own our podcast from guest booking to publication.
• Run paid social campaigns that drive registrations and podcast growth.
• Log, clean, and route every lead in our CRM within 48 hours.
• Use AI tools to automate content, lead processing, and reporting.
