We’re hiring a manager to organize and promote chiropractic events, webinars, and podcasts to build brand authority and generate qualified leads.

You’ll manage calendars, host webinars, own the podcast, and run paid social campaigns with data hygiene and AI-powered automation. Remote role with no travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing B2B events or webinar programs.
• Fluent English and on-air hosting comfort.
• Experience marketing to U.S. audiences; healthcare knowledge a plus.
• Hands-on paid social advertising with measurable results.
• Podcast production experience and AI tool usage daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar and remote logistics for U.S. chiropractic conferences and trade shows.
• Plan, produce, and moderate a recurring webinar series.
• Own our podcast from guest booking to publication.
• Run paid social campaigns that drive registrations and podcast growth.
• Log, clean, and route every lead in our CRM within 48 hours.
• Use AI tools to automate content, lead processing, and reporting.
