Panagora Group seeks a Senior Researcher (Consultant) to support the PIMMELA MEL activity in the Philippines and partner regions. This short-term assignment involves finalizing and disseminating the TB Evaluation Framework work, with remote work and occasional travel to project sites.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in evaluations, strong mixed-methods skills, and the ability to lead a small team and deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., evaluations, social sciences, public health, development)
• 5+ years of experience in evaluations or MEL (monitoring, evaluation and learning)
• Strong mixed‑methods skills and ability to lead a small team

Responsabilités

• Finalize and disseminate the TB Evaluation Framework work for the Philippines and partner regions
• Support PIMMELA monitoring, evaluation and learning activity
• Coordinate with project sites and remote teams to deliver high‑quality outputs
