Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an Estimator in the Philippines to take ownership of tender pricing and quantity takeoffs for a New Zealand architectural metalwork and fabrication client. You will translate drawings into clear scope and pricing and collaborate with the Sales Manager to win work.

The role emphasizes working with large tender documents, using AI-assisted workflows, and learning new estimating software. Remote work supported with regular team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting drawing sets with minimal direction.
• Experience with estimating principles and quantity surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and handling confidential information.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn new estimating software and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review tender packages and drawing sets to identify scope and pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager to align on scope and pricing.
• Prepare cost estimates and assemble tender submissions.
• Maintain pricing data and use AI tools in review/workflow.
• Support CAD drawing team and perform general admin tasks as needed.
• Collaborate daily as an embedded team member.
