Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
• Proven experience preparing tenders for Australian construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Experience with estimating software such as CostX, Bluebeam, Buildxact, Cubit, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
