Job summary

Boomering Inc. is seeking an Estimator/Project Coordinator for a fully remote role.

The successful candidate will support estimating, tendering, and project coordination across residential and commercial works for international projects, with tight cost control and clear financial transparency. Experience in Australian construction practices, NCC, and WHS requirements is essential, along with proficiency in BuilderTrend and digital takeoff tools.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of proven estimating and project coordination experience within the Australian building sector.
• tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in BuilderTrend for project tracking and scheduling, plus digital takeoff software.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and WHS requirements for commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & Tendering: prepare precise takeoffs, manage bids, and establish detailed scopes of work.
• Project Coordination: liaise with suppliers, source materials, and monitor expenditure against estimates.
