Job summary

Et-Phone is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join our growing team. You will deliver online English classes to Korean students via designated platforms, with flexible full-time hours and peak-hour shifts (2 PM–11 PM PHT).

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in an educational field, strong English skills, and at least 6 months ESL teaching experience. Training is provided, and work-from-home setup is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Has a passion for teaching with a positive work attitude.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm to 11 pm PHT) preferred.
• Excellent work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Tutores should have a strong responsibility over their students and classes with passion and drive to develop students' English skills.
• Provide 10/20/30/40 minutes of online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student.
