Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver English lessons to Korean students. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and training incentives.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in an educational field, have excellent English, and be able to teach during peak Philippines hours (2 PM–11 PM). A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Excellent command of English
• Passionate and motivated to deliver good results
• 6+ months ESL teaching experience is a plus
• Near-native English communication (oral and written)
• Availability during peak hours (2 PM–11 PM PST) or AM shift
• Strong work ethic and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Deliver online ESL classes to Korean students (10/20/30/40 minutes) via Boda app or X-lite
• Monitor and evaluate student progress
• Maintain a supportive and engaging learning environment
