Job summary

OutForce is seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst to join our team and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP to enhance business operations. You will analyze, document, and translate complex requirements for the development team while ensuring smooth user support and system performance.

The successful candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, plus experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking.
• 3–5 years as a business analyst supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with D365 finance modules (GL, AP/AR, Project Management, Tax, Intercompany, Timesheets).
• Knowledge of D365 CE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze current processes and align with ERP capabilities.
• Design solutions using Dynamics 365 modules; ensure scalability and best practices.
• Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and support UAT/testing.
