This remote, entry-level role offers a guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential, with training to help you develop your sales skills and build a career in BPO sales. You'll lead generation, campaigns, outreach and appointment setting, maintaining CRM records and researching markets to drive growth for a US-based BPO leader.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
• Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of MCI's call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the MCI executive team.
• CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around MCI's services to engage and convert prospects.
