Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Associate Media Planner to support execution and activation of tactical media plans from the Engagement Strategy team. You will work closely with the Engagement Planning group and Compas BSD to ensure flawless execution across Display, Digital, Email, Print, and Conferences.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data analysis, and organizational skills in a collaborative, work-from-home environment with night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute, activate, and manage tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team.
• Collaborate with Engagement Planning team to ensure alignment with tactical plan.
• Coordinate with BSD for flawless contract execution across Display, Digital, Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Assist in production grids and gathering specs for creative agencies.
• Meet with supplier-partners to stay current on media technologies.
• Perform brand specific level work.

The Associate Engagement Planner is responsible for the execution, activation, and management of

all tactical plans developed by the Engagement Strategy team. This position works closely with the

broader Engagement Planning team to ensure that execution aligns with approved tactical plan, as

well as the Buying Services Department (BSD) at Compas to ensure flawless execution.

Primary Accountabilities

• Introductory knowledge of how media influences and engages audiences.
• Developing competency in all CMI planning tools, including Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals
• Assist in the development tactical plans for Display, Custom Digital Programs, Email, Print,
• POC, and Conferences.
• Partner will Compas BSD on all contract execution for Display, Custom Digital Programs,
• Email, Print, POC, and Conferences.
• Assist in the creation of production grids and gather specs for creative agencies.
• Meet with supplier-partners to stay current on existing/emerging media technologies.
