E-Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist for a remote, 1-year contract role in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end billing, from eligibility verification to payment posting, denials, and AR follow-up, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on end-to-end medical billing experience and 3+ years of total professional experience, with proficiency in CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total professional experience in medical billing.
• 2+ years hands-on end-to-end medical billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end medical billing cycle, including eligibility verification, claim submission, and posting.
• Process payment posting, adjustments, write-offs, and remittance reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments; prepare appeals when needed.
• Perform AR follow-ups, monitor aging, and coordinate with payers, providers, and patients to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10/HIPAA and payer requirements.
• Maintain complete billing documentation and identify opportunities to improve turnaround times.
