Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Embroidery Digitizer to convert artwork into embroidery files and optimize stitching for various fabrics and garments. You will collaborate with design and production teams to ensure clean, accurate embroidery across multiple projects.

The role requires a strong portfolio, experience with embroidery software, and excellent attention to detail. Overnight/graveyard shifts aligned with US hours may be needed; flexible home-based setup provided.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating digitizing for embroidery.
• Proficiency with digitizing software.
• Understanding of fabric types and stitching effects.
• Excellent attention to detail and color/shape accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Convert vector/raster artwork into embroidery machine files (e.g., DST, PES, EXP).
• Select stitch types based on design and fabric.
• Adjust stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation.
• Resize/adapt designs for different garments/hoop sizes.
• Maintain an organized library of digitized files.
• Communicate design intent and revisions with designers.
