Job summary

Overseas seeks an Email and Outbound Specialist to own high-volume outbound prospecting for a fast-growing snack brand. You will manage leads, monitor automated emails, and keep Salesforce current while writing sharp follow-up emails that move conversations forward.

The role is 100% remote, with USD compensation paid bi-monthly and PTO per policy. Hours align with US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, enabling a structured, metrics-driven outbound workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound email sales or SDR roles.
• Strong written English for personalized outreach.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and CRM logging.
• Ability to manage high volume of leads and meet daily/monthly metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume outbound email prospecting and follow-up processes.
• Manage lead lists and monitor automated email sequences.
• Respond to replies quickly and move prospects through the pipeline.
• Write concise, effective follow-ups that advance conversations.
• Maintain clean CRM data and accurate next steps at all times.
