Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Email and Outbound Specialist to own high-volume outbound email prospecting for a fast-growing snack brand with national retail traction. You will build and maintain lead lists in Google Sheets, monitor automated sequences, and keep Salesforce accurate.

This remote role requires availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time. You will write effective follow-up emails, re-activate inactive accounts, and push deals through the pipeline in a structured,

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound email sales or an SDR role.
• Strong written English with personalized outreach skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and lead list management in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Research and add qualified leads to Google Sheets for outbound sequences.
• Monitor automated email sends for accuracy and deliverability.
• Follow up on replies promptly and move prospects forward in the pipeline.
• Write concise follow-up emails that progress conversations.
• Maintain a structured outreach cadence across cold, warm, and stalled accounts.
• Follow up with inactive accounts to re-engage and drive reorders.
• Log outreach activity and updates in Salesforce; keep CRM data clean.
• Meet daily activity targets and monthly pipeline goals.
