Job summary

BlueTuskr seeks an Email Marketing Lead to build and run the department, owning strategy and client-facing results. You will lead audits, set automation and lifecycle strategy, and drive the department’s roadmap with leadership input.

The role is fully remote, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and hands-on execution using Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing with leadership experience
• Experience with email & SMS marketing
• Experience managing large volumes of email contacts
• Proven track record managing client accounts or leading a team
• E-commerce or D2C brand experience (agency or in-house)

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and standards for the email marketing department, including processes, playbooks, and QA
• Join client calls to represent email marketing strategy and results
• Partner with leadership on department tooling, workflow, and roadmap decisions
• Execute email marketing audits using Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc
• Set strategy for automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing
• Use AI tools to support copywriting, campaign optimization, segmentation, and reporting workflows
• Execute monthly reporting documentation and results reflection
• Ensure deliverability and list hygiene are maintained
• Pilot new approaches to email marketing and apply AI capabilities
• Support analytics tracking and cross-channel strategy
