OKTOBER is hiring an entry-level Email Retention Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will own copywriting for multiple pod accounts, manage day-to-day tasks, and contribute to client strategy under a Senior RM.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidate with agency experience.
• Experience with email copywriting for DTC brands.
• Experience with project management and meeting deadlines.
• Reliable and able to apply feedback.
• Growth mindset with a drive to own strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem.
