Job summary

Encora is seeking an EDI Developer to design and implement EDI maps (inbound and outbound) aligned with client specifications. You will translate complex mapping rules into robust data translations and coordinate with the team to address technical inquiries.

You will develop test data, run unit tests, and troubleshoot translation logs, collaborating with EDI Specs Writers and Analysts. A CS degree with 3+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in EDI development including mappings.
• Experience with EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, TRADACOMS, XML, Idocs.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, AS2.

Responsibilities

• Develop or build EDI maps (inbound or outbound) based on required documents, structures, and client specifications.
• Understand mapping rules and incorporate them with the client’s requirements.
• Communicate status of Map development/changes to supervisor and other interface parts.
• Coordinate technical queries to EDI Specs Writers/Analyst.
• Develop test data, perform unit testing and troubleshoot translation logs.
