Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand. You will deliver empathetic, timely email support and resolve issues across returns and shipping in a high-ticket-volume environment.

Join a fully remote team that collaborates via Slack, learns new platforms from Notion docs, and helps drive customer loyalty initiatives while supporting Pacific Time hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT) from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer experience roles with high ticket-volume support.
• Strong written communication for email-based support.
• Empathy for customers and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to collaborate effectively on Slack and with internal teams.
• Willingness to work Pacific Time hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT).

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues across a high volume of tickets using Gorgias and Loop.
• Use macros to respond efficiently and consistently.
• Deliver empathetic, timely email responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate on loyalty programs and new initiatives.
• Learn and adapt to platforms via Notion docs.
• Coordinate with warehouse on replacements and shipment issues via email/Slack.
• Log patterns in customer feedback to help address trends.
