Job summary

Boomering Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Digital Marketing Associate to join our luxury British leather brand's online growth from the Philippines. This WFH role focuses on expanding our digital presence, engaging customers, and accelerating online sales.

You will own day-to-day marketing activities, create content, manage Shopify and Klaviyo flows, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in digital marketing with social media, content creation, SEO basics, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo email marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram/Facebook and emerging channels.
Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and content optimisation.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing across social, email, content, and customer engagement.
Create, edit, and repurpose short-form video content (Reels, Stories, promos).
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms.
Write captions and marketing copy aligned with the luxury brand.
Draft and publish blog content to support SEO and engagement.
Build and manage email campaigns and automated journeys in Klaviyo.
Upload and maintain product listings and content in Shopify.
Update banners and seasonal campaign messaging on the website.
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
Review data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Contribute ideas for campaigns and promotions; support leadership strategies.
Repurpose content across channels to maximise visibility.
Assist with paid advertising assets and campaign support.
Support customer communications and maintain a positive experience.
