Job summary

Peak Support Global Enterprise in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Associate to support brand-building and growth. You will work with the Director of Marketing on digital campaigns, social media, content creation, email marketing, and lead generation for a luxury client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or social media (internship welcome).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp) and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an appreciation for luxury branding, fashion, or premium experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing initiatives reinforcing the luxury brand.
• Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, blogs, and materials.
• Ensure all communications reflect brand voice and premium customer experience.
• Coordinate the content calendar and timely delivery of assets.
• Assist in launching and monitoring digital campaigns across email, social media, and paid ads.
• Build and schedule email newsletters using automation tools.
• Support website content updates and landing pages.
• Help optimize digital campaigns by tracking performance metrics and opportunities.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Capture and edit photos and short-form videos for campaigns.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and build an engaged community.
• Stay informed on trends and propose ideas.
• Support lead generation by assisting with campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
• Coordinate with showroom teams to gather customer stories and user-generated content.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, partnerships, and events.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaign results.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Support the Director of Marketing with special projects and daily operations.
