Job summary

DysrupIT is hiring a techno-functional Dynamics CRM Developer to design, build and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Insights – Journeys. You will sit between business stakeholders and the technical team: gathering requirements, configuring the platform, writing custom code where configuration falls short, and owning delivery end to end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Practical experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (real-time journeys).
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience with solution management, environment strategy and deployment practices.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write documentation and present solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of marketing processes such as lead management, segmentation and email deliverability.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Run requirement workshops with business users and translate needs into functional and technical specs.
• Map business processes and propose solutions using out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 features before custom development.
• Prepare solution design docs, user stories and test cases; support UAT and training.
• Act as the main point of contact for CRM-related questions from marketing, sales and service teams.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE: entities, forms, views, rules and security roles.
• Build automations with Power Automate and extend with Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Build and maintain integrations using Dataverse Web API, Azure services and middleware.
• Manage solutions, environments and deployments through ALM practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Design, build and optimise real-time customer journeys; configure segments and lead scoring.
• Track journey performance and recommend improvements to campaign effectiveness.
• Support migration from outbound marketing to real-time journeys where needed.
