Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Safety Information Specialist to respond to medical information requests and safety-related inquiries. You will record and report adverse drug reactions, manage safety data, and ensure data quality within regulatory timelines.

You will perform call intake, case processing, and peer review, while tracking metrics and supporting QC, training, and data reconciliation. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy or life sciences degree with 1–2 years safety experience or equivalent.
• Experience with AE/SAE reports and regulatory submissions is valued.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices and ICH GCP guidelines preferred.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints via telephone, email, or other channels.
• Record, report and manage Adverse Drug Reactions with timely documentation.
• Perform drug safety data management processes including case follow-up and peer review.
• Track information, ensure data quality, and participate in process QC and training.
• Work as part of a team and independently with moderate supervision.
