We are hiring a Director of Engineering to lead, scale, and mature our worldwide engineering organization. You will shape engineering culture, architecture, and AI-enabled delivery, while driving performance, reliability, and security across remote teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS/Ad Tech environment.
• Strong remote leadership experience across diverse, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, scale, and mature a global engineering organization.
• Build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety for a fully remote team.
• Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning.
• Partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional teams deliver customer outcomes.
• Oversee architectural strategy, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infra.
• Drive modernization, AI integration, and measurement of delivery efficiency using metrics like DORA/SPACE.
