Qualifications

• Experience running email campaigns including promotional and win-back sends.
• Hands-on use of at least one email marketing platform (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Constant Contact).
• Experience creating and managing social content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting for emails and social posts.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of email metrics (open rates, click rates, segmentation).
• Comfortable working remotely in a self-directed setup.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage email marketing campaigns for B2C online stores and B2B clients.
• Plan and send win-back and promotional emails.
• Create and schedule social content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Grow presence and engagement on LinkedIn.
• Collaborate on a content calendar with the business owner for branding.
