Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own the firm’s paid search, SEO, website content, and email campaigns. This role collaborates with agencies, reviews performance data, and reports on pipeline contributions in a hands-on, WFH environment.

You will manage LinkedIn, YouTube and newsletters, while coordinating with the Director and Marketing Technology Manager to align brand, priorities, and budgets. The position supports a global client base from a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in digital marketing with hands-on accountability in Google Ads or SEO.
• Experience auditing campaigns and reporting results with data.
• Hands-on in ad and social platforms with measurable outcomes.
• Analytical skills with GA4, Search Console, Semrush or similar tools.
• Experience in professional services or B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search, SEO and agency management day to day.
• Coordinate with Google Ads, SEO and website agencies on briefings and results.
• Review performance data and ensure alignment with strategy and budgets.
• Manage website content, user journeys and email campaigns.
• Oversee social channels, newsletters and webinar promotions.
• Ensure privacy requirements and tracking disclosures are implemented.
• Contribute to monthly marketing reports with focus on pipeline.
