Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a brand launch in New Zealand. This fully remote, full-time role reports to the CMO and focuses on delivering digital campaigns, coordinating agencies, and keeping website/app content up to date.

You will collaborate with media and creative teams, brief developers, and manage timelines to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule. A strong eye for detail and multitasking is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing, marketing executive, or ecommerce role.
• Experience working with media and creative agencies.
• Experience writing briefs and managing creative delivery.
• Comfortable briefing developers and managing website updates through a CMS or dev team.
• Organized, reliable, and great at juggling several tasks at once.
• A sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day implementation contact for media agencies, sharing briefs, tracking bookings, and following up on actions.
• Help implement digital marketing plans across paid search, paid social, and other channels.
• Check campaigns are live and set up correctly, and flag issues early.
• Brief agencies and use AI tools to pull together campaign performance reports for the CMO.
• Help keep the marketing calendar up to date and coordinate campaign launches and promotions.
• Write and share creative briefs with agencies and the in-house creative team.
• Track creative timelines and deliverables so campaigns launch on time.
• Gather feedback on creative rounds and make sure assets are on brand and on brief.
• Keep an organized library of campaign assets and brand materials.
• Brief developers and designers on website and app updates, including product, pricing, and promotional changes.
• Turn campaign briefs into landing page requirements for the website team.
• Track updates through to delivery and QA them before they go live.
• Keep product pages, FAQs, TCs, and CIS accurate, working from product and pricing updates from Prvidr and OneNZ.
• Join regular WIPs with partners and let internal teams know when products or offers change.
