Responsibilities

• Develop clients’ brand identity, messaging, and content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns with content creation and reporting.
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks stay on schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and identify workflow bottlenecks for improvements.
• Respond to emails and phone calls when required.
• Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare business documents.
