Ideal candidates have a marketing/PR background, strong English skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides, with a passion for creator culture and digital trends. The role expects a high level of organization and proactive thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior marketing/advertising/PR/agency experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong PowerPoint and/or Google Slides skills; solid copywriting and basic media math ability.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, creative thinker with passion for creator culture and digital trends.
• Self‑starter capable of handling 30–80 tickets per day independently.
• Comfort with permanent night shift aligned to US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support rapid business growth and proposal production as part of the Strategy Team.
• Build initial proposal decks and manage design updates to match brand guidelines.
• Source and organize sample creators/influencers using proprietary tools or research.
• Assist in creative campaign ideation and gather data for client pitches.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the Strategy Team, supporting rapid business growth and proposal production while enabling senior strategists to deliver high-level client campaigns. Your key tasks will include

• Building initial proposal decks and managing design updates (layouts, colors, calendars, GIFs) to match target brand guidelines.
• Sourcing and organizing sample creators/influencers using proprietary tools or manual research, and performing competitive analysis.
• Assisting in creative campaign ideation, gathering supporting data, and compiling case studies for strategic client pitches.
• Capturing detailed notes during internal and client meetings to align campaign deliverables across teams.
• Maintaining enablement resources, case study libraries, and mock-up reports, while tracking weekly social media and creator trends

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience within a marketing, advertising, PR, or agency environment.
• Advanced or fluent English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides. Strong copywriting skills, visual presentation design capabilities, and basic media math comprehension.
• High attention to detail, proactive creative thinking, and a passion for creator culture and digital trends.
• A self-starter mindset capable of managing 30-80 tickets per day independently
• Comfort working a permanent night shift arrangement aligned with US time zones
