• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.

• Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM integration with advertising platforms.
• Ability to analyse lead quality and use CRM feedback to improve targeting and performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to generate enquiries and enrolments.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Integrate CRM lead data from LineLeader into Google Ads and Meta for better targeting.
• Monitor and filter spam enquiries, protect website forms, and identify poor-quality sources.
• Develop location-based campaigns for each preschool centre and allocate budgets.
• Manage and optimise Google Business Profile for each centre.
• Recommend improvements to landing pages and enquiry forms to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with the Relationships Officer to create compliant ad creatives.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations to improve lead quality and enrolments.
