Job summary

IGT is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer based in the Philippines to help build, scale, and operate our platforms. The role combines development (about 80%) with operational responsibilities (about 20%) in a small, collaborative agile team.

You will design platform capabilities, improve reliability, enable fast and secure deployments, and elevate engineering practices across the organisation. This hands-on technical role suits someone passionate about automation and DevOps.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in DevOps or software roles.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong scripting (PowerShell or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Experience with containers/orchestration.
• Monitoring/observability tools experience.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Write and contribute code to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases.
• Collaborate in a small agile team to plan, deliver, and continuously improve.
