Job summary

SID Global Solutions in Ortigas, Philippines, seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer L3 to design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and container platforms. You will automate provisioning, manage cloud resources, and enforce security best practices across production environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, IaC expertise, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure high availability and 24x7 production readiness.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience with Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps.
• Implement configuration management and deployment automation.
• Monitor performance with observability tools.
• Ensure high availability and DR readiness.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infra teams.
