Job summary

Quantrics is seeking a DevOps Automation Engineer to design and maintain automation pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and optimize deployment processes in a remote capacity from Manila, Philippines. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC practices to improve reliability and efficiency across software delivery and production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Certifications in cloud, container, or automation are preferred.
Minimum 3 years hands-on DevOps, 2+ years in AWS, 2+ years in Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Knowledge of Terraform, Crossplane, and New Relic is advantageous.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines to speed delivery.
Implement CI/CD and operational efficiency best practices.
Optimize deployment processes to reduce manual effort and improve release success.
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and performance.
