Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Product Data Assistant to support US-based clients with basic product data entry and asset gathering.

You will enter product details, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to collect mockups and logos for online store updates. You will handle templates, data sheets, and import files, perform quality checks, and assist with pricing updates and asset coordination.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of data entry, e‑commerce support, merchandising support, or administrative work.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filters, and simple formulas such as basic VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
• Comfort with digital assets is preferred but not required.
• Industry Knowledge: E-commerce product data entry, product import file preparation and data validation, pricing updates, and image coordination.

Responsibilities

• Product Data Entry: Enter product information into templates and data sheets.
• Product Import File Preparation: Assemble product import files per formats and requirements.
• Pricing & Product Updates: Prepare information for pricing updates for IT implementation.
• Product Quality Checks: Verify images, names, descriptions, and specs for accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Art, and IT teams for assets and imports.
• Company Standards: Comply with all company standards per employee handbook.
