Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Senior Data Analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R and complex SQL querying.
• Experience with BI tools and ML frameworks; ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Clean, analyze, and interpret complex data from disparate sources using Python, R, and SQL.
• Build, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models (predictive, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting).
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to inform stakeholders.
• Develop automated data pipelines and ETL processes with data engineering teams.
• Perform statistical testing, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis to identify drivers.
• Translate analytics into clear business recommendations and executive presentations.
