Job summary

Staff X is hiring a meticulous Data Entry contractor to own the data lifecycle for school photography projects. You will collect pre-photo day data from schools, enter it into the internal production database, and perform strict quality checks to prevent errors from disrupting print runs.

Working fully remote, you will use image-matching software and Google Docs to keep records current, communicate with school administrators to resolve discrepancies, and manage multiple jobs with firm deadlines

Qualifications

• Must have accuracy-focused data entry experience.
• Experience handling school or client data preferred.
• Strong written English for school communications.

Responsibilities

• Collect school data via email and enter into the internal production database.
• Use image-matching software to pair images with records and verify accuracy.
• Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies with schools and branches.
• Render completed jobs for printing following production workflows.
• Maintain production database and CRM tools, including Google Docs.
• Communicate independently with school contacts to chase missing information.
• Conduct regular data audits and manage multiple concurrent jobs during peak season.
