Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Consultant to design, customize, and implement D365 solutions for customers in the Philippines. The role is remote with flexible work arrangements and offers strong compensation and benefits.

You will work with cross-functional teams to configure Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service modules, develop integrations via APIs, and support deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement).
• Strong experience in D365 customization, configuration, and development.
• Proficiency in X++, C#, JavaScript, or Power Platform.
• Experience with system integrations and API-based development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and enhance D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service).
• Develop integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP/CRM solutions.
