Job summary

iXsystems (TrueNAS) seeks a Cybersecurity Specialist to own security across systems, data, and users, leading day-to-day security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and policy alignment.

Remote work is possible; base pay ₱128,692–₱168,069 monthly with a 10% target bonus. Collaboration with IT and engineering to enforce least privilege and security controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT experience with 4+ years in IT security.
• Experience in security incident response, vulnerability management, and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations and program including access reviews, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance.
• Design and enforce IT security policies aligned to ISO 27001 and CMMC.
• Own security patch management, audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
