Job summary

Storm Media Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Voice) to join our remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, and product inquiries, while delivering high-quality service.

This full-time, work-from-home role operates on night shifts in Philippine Time and requires strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Amazon.

Qualifications

• Call center or voice support experience (inbound/outbound) required, preferably within the last 12 months.
• Experience in e-commerce telemarketing or outbound sales is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Amazon.
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools.
• Must have an active Microsoft Teams account.
• Must be comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and products.
• Handle inbound and outbound voice account responsibilities, including customer support and telemarketing activities.
• Conduct telemarketing and outbound calls to promote products, follow up with customers, and support e-commerce sales initiatives.
• Process order changes and cancellations, and upscale issues when necessary.
• Document common customer concerns and provide reports to the team.
• Coordinate with logistics and product teams to ensure faster issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on product details, company policies, promotions, and procedures.
