HelloConnect is seeking a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. You’ll handle chat and email inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and drive satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Previous non-voice experience required.
• Good email comms, quick to resolve the issue with great CS skills and high quality.
• Positive energy and can-do attitude.
• A person with high regard for integrity and diligence. Works efficiently with minimal supervision.
