Job summary

KU Europe GmbH is a remote-first D2C company based in Germany, seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with Shopify expertise. You will lead A/B testing programs, analyze results, and drive improvements across multiple e-commerce brands.

You will work with marketing, design, and development teams to optimize customer journeys, increase conversions, and boost revenue through data-driven experimentation in a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of CRO and A/B testing experience.
• Deep hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus experience.
• Proven ability to design and scale A/B programs in ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across Shopify stores.
• Own CRO roadmap and prioritize experiments by impact.
• Develop data-driven hypotheses to improve conversion and revenue.
• Apply Shopify knowledge to optimize funnels and UX.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers.
• Analyze behavior using GA4, Hotjar, and analytics tools.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create reports with insights and business impact.
• Improve customer journeys through ongoing optimization.
