Qualifications

• CPA designation with Australian public practice experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting Australian accounting firms.
• Proficient with Xero, FYI and Microsoft 365.
• Strong numeracy and literacy.
• Able to work autonomously from home.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Australian tax returns for individuals, trusts, companies and SMSFs.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting work papers.
• Compile clear client queries for the Client Manager.
• Escalate complex tax or accounting matters as needed.
• Maintain well-organised client files using FYI and Xero.
• Manage a varied workload and meet deadlines remotely.
