Job summary

Training Resources Group is seeking a Course Build Developer / QA for a fully remote role. You will deliver Course Build projects across OLA, CCB, and ECB, and perform thorough QA testing to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role involves configuring LMS items, assessments, and content while maintaining build integrity and adhering to project requirements. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strict QA processes, and continuous improvement with a focus on high-quality

Qualifications

• 1–3 years LMS administration or eLearning development experience.
• Quality assurance and testing experience.
• Skilled in course builds, assessments, SCORM packages, LMS configuration and QA.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Nice to have knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, H5P, Captivate) a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver Course Build projects across OLA, CCB, and ECB per requirements.
• Perform QA testing and document defects with reproduction steps.
• Coordinate updates and maintenance across all build types.
• Verify access, navigation, and completion tracking in builds.
• Implement fixes and confirm readiness for release.
• Contribute to QA checklists and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of Course Build quality.
