Doubledot Media, a New Zealand-based company with a Christchurch head-office and a globally distributed remote team, seeks a Conversion Rate Specialist / Copywriter. You will craft engaging copy to convert visitors into loyal customers and lead optimization across products and pages.

You will identify funnel issues, conduct quantitative and qualitative research, and run multi-variant tests to improve conversions. Flexible hours, remote work, and a relaxed culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with friendly tone.
• Meticulous attention to detail; spelling and grammar should be top notch.
• A love of analytics and metrics to show your talent.
• Experience in several aspects of conversion optimisation and the tools to carry it out.
• Clear thinker who can analyse pieces and overhaul what isn't working.
• Good time-management; organized, motivated, and self-starting for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the strategy for ongoing conversion optimisation across identified products and sites with CEO approval.
• Implement strategies to improve traffic-to-lead and traffic-to-sales conversions across products.
• Run operations including visitor/persona analysis, improving conversions, and cross-promotions of related products; manage sales and signup funnels.
• Design and write copy for identified pages.
• Run structured tests for home pages, landing pages, content areas, shopping carts, signup and download forms, and user flows.
• Proactively research and identify optimisation tactics and opportunities in the industry.
