• Strong hands-on experience with Dialogflow ES, Genesys Cloud, and Genesys Digital Bot Connector.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda, REST APIs, webhooks, and chatbot integrations.
• Experience in chatbot/IVR migration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Good understanding of contact-center workflows, bot-to-agent handoff, and backend system integration.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Advanced English level

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain conversational AI and IVR solutions using Dialogflow ES and Genesys Cloud.
• Integrate bots with Genesys Digital Bot Connector, AWS Lambda, APIs, and webhooks.
• Support chatbot migration, backend integration, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
