Job summary

Alignerr is building a dataset of expert tasks to train and evaluate AI agents. As a Task Author for the Customer Support / Success role, you will design end-to-end support triage prompts, check account configurations, search runbooks, and decide between fix and escalation in real-world tickets.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role ideal for experienced support engineers and customer success professionals in Manila and across the Philippines, offering flexible hours and freelance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product support or customer success roles.
• Ability to reason through ambiguous scenarios and justify routing decisions.
• Experience with enterprise or complex software support environments.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end support triage prompts for real-world tickets.
• Write scoring rubrics to objectively evaluate correct routing or escalation.
• Set up task environments that mimic genuine support scenarios.
• Review and refine AI-drafted prompts and rubrics.
