Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global Limited is seeking a creative Content Strategist & Scriptwriter to own content planning, campaign strategy, and scriptwriting across YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and paid media. You will develop pillars, calendars, and high-converting scripts while guiding production with internal teams.

You will analyze performance data, adapt messaging, and contribute to growth and lead generation. A remote role based in the Philippines with full-time hours and a 8-hour Zoom-on schedule is

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in content strategy, copywriting, and digital marketing.
• Direct expertise in scriptwriting for YouTube, Reels/TikTok, and paid social video ads.
• Basic knowledge in video editing and graphic tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with reading social dashboards and tweaking scripts based on engagement trends.
• Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON for 8 hours and undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic social media content strategies and campaign roadmaps to build brand authority and generate leads.
• Plan and manage a structured content calendar for consistent publishing across platforms.
• Write engaging scripts for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and paid media; craft ad copy and hooks.
• Coordinate the content production pipeline with creators, editors, and designers.
• Assist with basic graphic design and light video editing as needed.
• Review platform metrics to refine content strategy and improve performance.
