ConnectOS in Philippines is hiring a contractual Video Editor to support US marketing campaigns from home. You will craft videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, translating brand narratives into compelling content while aligning with client goals.

The role requires strong editing skills, platform trends awareness, and the ability to pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and clients. Expect a night shift schedule (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PH) and a monthly salary of PHP 70,000–80,000.

Qualifications

• Proven video editing experience for social media with portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of platform formats (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Ability to ideate and pitch engaging video concepts.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop video formats and frameworks for client brands across platforms.
• Translate brand narratives into engaging, digestible content.
• Monitor platform trends to produce timely videos.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams on content strategy.
• Produce 30-60 content pieces per client per month (1-2 clients in ramp-up).
• Optimize videos for reach, retention, conversions.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and creative direction.
