Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Content Specialist to turn long-form webinars and coaching sessions into short-form clips for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, and to manage captions across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

You will keep the brand voice consistent and the channels active. You’ll optimize Clickfunnels pages, nurture community engagement via comments and DMs, and steer email campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in digital marketing or content repurposing
• Ability to turn a single video into a week's content with independence
• Strong eye for on-brand visual assets

Responsibilities

• Turn long-form webinars and coaching into engaging short-form clips
• Fully manage and schedule content across social platforms with captions
• Maintain Clickfunnels landing pages and lead forms for campaigns
• Nurture audience via comments and DMs and guide prospects into products
