MicroSourcing, a leading Philippines-based managed services provider, seeks a Content & SEO Manager to lead content strategies, optimize brand presence, and drive measurable marketing performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact content across digital channels.

You will refine editorial standards, manage calendars, analyze SEO data, and push for efficiency and governance while staying ahead of trends in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing with measurable results.
• Proven expertise in SEO, social media strategy, CRM, online publications, launches and relaunches.
• Experience with multicultural B2B, advertising, fintech, or client-focused industries.
• Startup or high-growth experience with business impact.
• Hands-on with leading SEO analytics platforms (Semrush, GA4, GSC).
• Strong content metrics, analytics, and conversion optimization knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand and objectives.
• Refine brand messaging, editorial standards, and maintain consistent tone and quality across channels.
• Create and manage editorial calendars for websites, social media, email, video, and SEO.
• Monitor content performance using analytics; provide data-driven insights and ROI recommendations.
• Improve content workflows, governance, and cross-functional collaboration for efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, SEO, analytics, and digital teams on campaigns.
• Evaluate AI tools and content automation to improve productivity and scale content growth.
